Anisotropic Plastoferrite - ORIENTED BH max 1,4

PLASTOFLEX X14 magnets are made by a mixture of ferrite powder with a thermoplastic binder.

The available sizes are: thickness from 1,5 to 8 mm,a maximum width from 400 to 450 mm, a maximum length from 1 to 2,5 mt (depending on the thickness).

We can also cut pieces on customer's request, die-cut axial rings (for use with sensors).

Magnetization: axial, two poles on both sides, multi-pole on the same side.

PLASTOFLEX X14 is easy to cut and work with. It could be used in many applications where you can not use the hard ferrite magnets or neodymium.

They can be used in advertising, toys production, electronics, pneumatics, fancy goods, appliances, signage, printing, lifting, positioning, etc.
